Water Fun on Daddy's Birthday

We'll be lucky if we live long enough to see another March 17th as warm as this one!  Calvin keeps asking me if it's summer yet and has been requesting to take the kiddie pool and sprinkler out of storage.  Well, we had no reason not to oblige this weekend with the 80 degree temperature!  Although the water was ice cold, Calvin enjoyed a few runs through the sprinkler and some splashing in the water table.  Kadence was smart enough to keep her distance after a couple chilly splashes from her boisterous brother.

Eric enjoyed his birthday by skipping out of the library early and grilling steaks for dinner.  It's funny how our definition of a fun birthday changes as we get older!
