Halloween Festivities

We did our trick-or-treating in style this year ... on a large flatbed trailer being pulled by a tractor.  To say Calvin and Kadence were excited would be a vast understatement!  We also learned that the residents of Cottage Grove are very generous when doling out candy.  My ninja turtle and scarecrow could hardly hold their bags at the end of the night.  I think the highlight of the evening was receiving two full size Hershey bars from a very sweet elderly couple (which mom and dad promptly confiscated).  We most definitely will go on another Halloween hayride next year!
