Just Another Weekend...

We had a fairly low-key weekend, which was okay with Calvin and Eric just a few days out from the flu.  On Saturday night, Eric and I enjoyed a date night with Amy and Jason at a Japanese restaurant in Apple Valley.  The kids were more than happy to be babysat at their home away from home with their favorite babysitter, Rachel.  They enjoyed eating pizza and watching The Lion King. And today, we did a lot of playing, made Valentine's Day cards for Calvin's favorite peeps, ate Eggo waffles, shopped at Target (Mama had to carry a sleeping Calvin the entire time at the store), and made Chicken Parm for supper.
