Fourth of July

We spent three days in Fergus to celebrate the Fourth of July with grandparents and cousins.  At the Carpenter house, the kids spent endless hours riding the golf cart, jumping on the trampoline, swimming, boating, and throwing the frisbee in the lake for Noche.  And, of course, we also enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show and stayed up late until 11pm!  On Saturday, we headed in town to see Gramma and Grampa.  We had plans to take the boat to Ottertail and enjoy pizza at Zorbaz, but unfortunately it was too windy and overcast.  Calvin was bummed that he missed out on fishing with Grampa so that will be a priority during our next visit.  Instead, we played soccer outside, rode bicycles, put stickers all over Gramma's walls, and scared Daddy with the possessed baby dolls.  All-in-all, it was a great visit and hard to get the kids to come back home with us!
