Calvin just completed 8-week summer programs of t-ball and soccer. Like last year, he played t-ball with his daycare friends two afternoons a week. He has perfected his batting this season and hits the ball to the outfield with ease. Eric and I were both able to watch a couple games and thoroughly enjoyed watching our little guy play with all his heart.
This was Calvin's first summer of soccer. His favorite coach from t-ball also coaches soccer, so naturally Calvin was excited about this. He is starting to learn how to dribble the ball and pass to his teammates. At this point, I think his favorite part of the game is playing goalie ... and wearing shin pads.
